The Laboratory of Virology of the Geneva University Hospitals (Prof. Laurent Kaiser) publishes the SARS-CoV-2 whole genome sequences found in 17 patients among the very first infected people in Switzerland. Details are visible on these figures. See also worldwide data in Nextstrain website.
Figure caption - Site numbering and genome structure use Wuhan-Hu-1/2019 as reference: the phylogeny is rooted relative to early samples from Wuhan; green dots correspond to HUG swiss patients. (data generated at the iGE3 Genomics Platform - Figures from Nextstrain ).
